Jim and Amelia’s 40th Anniversary Vow Renewal at Sand Key Park
Jim and Amelia, a couple from Palm Bay, Florida, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony at Sand Key Park on a beautiful Saturday morning in early Summer.
Jim wanted to surprise Amelia with the ceremony, so he had his daughter contact Intimate Weddings of Tampa to help with the arrangements. After viewing all the options they chose the elopement package and modified it to be a vow renewal package.
Amelia was surprised when Jim told her they were going to the beach to take pictures for their friend’s 70th birthday. When they arrived at the beach, they were greeted by their family and friends, who had gathered to celebrate their anniversary.
The ceremony was held in front of a beautiful wedding arch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The couple shared their own personal vows, and were pronounced “once again” as husband and wife by Rev. Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies.
Tammy with True Love Photography did wonderful job of capturing the surprised look on Amelia’s face when she realized they were having a vow renewal. Tammy took time to photograph Jim and Amelia during their ceremony, in couple’s pictures, and pictures with their beautiful family.
Iza’s Flowers did a great job providing the beautiful floral arrangements for the ceremony. From the bouquet and boutonniere to the arch décor Isa’s Flowers knocked it out of the park.
After the ceremony, Jim and Amelia celebrated with a private brunch at a nearby restaurant. They then spent the rest of the day relaxing with their family and friend and enjoying their celebration of their marriage together.
Jim and Amelia’s vow renewal ceremony was a beautiful and memorable event. It was a celebration of their love, and it was a day that they will cherish forever.
