St.Pete Beach
Further south, near the joining of the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay, you have St.Pete Beach. Again, with the white sands, blue water, and cool renovated motels from the 50’s this place has a slower pace. Great mom and pop restaurants dot the road, filled with all sorts of culinary goodness, including fresh seafood. I know it’s not technically on the coast, but this venue in the heart of Orlando is the coolest wedding location in Central Florida. With the feel of Key West, Paradise Cove is located on Little Lake Bryan. Framed by palm trees, bald cypress, and on its own private lake this place is a mecca for weddings, Big or Small. Sunset Key Island at Westgate Lakes Resort, is just across from the famed International Drive and just up the road (3 miles) from Walt Disney World.
